About Us

What We Do

 The Surety Association of New Jersey (SANJ) has been serving the local community and the surety industry since the 1930s through a predecessor organization, but was incorporated in 2002 as the organization that exists today.  SANJ provides its members with an opportunity to attend two luncheon seminars a year covering various pertinent industry-specific topics and assists its membership and the community by monitoring legislative or other regulatory activity and, where appropriate, taking steps to influence its outcome.
